Access to DVIKA Phase 1 is restricted to:

• Verified law students
• Professors and academic institutions
• Authorized research partners

2. Permitted Use

You may use DVIKA strictly for academic, non-commercial purposes such as:

• Research, summarization, drafting
• Document analysis and annotation
• Case study discussions

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Scrape or extract platform data
• Reuse AI outputs for external commercial projects
• Copy or reverse-engineer platform features
• Use DVIKA for client legal work

4. Beta Disclaimer

DVIKA is in early-access beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

5. AI Output Limitations

AI-generated summaries, templates, or suggestions do NOT constitute legal advice. Always verify through qualified experts.

6. Termination

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act (India). Venue: Bengaluru.
